Critical Coordination is looking for capable hands excited to learn and build a career by assisting Superintendents in the field locally in Minneapolis, as well as across the country with installations. The ideal candidate will have a self starter attitude, anticipate what needs to be done, and want to build their career into becoming a Superintendent themselves to oversee and manage projects in the future.
Travel: 25-50%, could be as high as 75% at times. Per Diem provided for days on the road in addition to travel expenses covered.
Compensation Package Range Dependent on Experience: $35-50k

This position will help us continue to meet critical timelines for our clients. A positive attitude and the ability to interface with clients is a must. Responsibilities
Professional representation within active mission critical data centers
Hands on construction of metal security caging and air containment systems
IT Cabinet installation and securing
Auxiliary framing installation
Follow projects through from start to completion, making sure all players have come together for a successful project
Pre-construction site surveys
Job site visits, oversee and assist with install, etc.
Skills
Good with your hands and tools
Ability to figure things out in the field
Proficient with computer software
Highly functional in a fast paced environment
Organized and detailed
Ability to multi-task as needed to pull various parts of projects together
Positive can-do attitude, willing and excited to be the backbone of an organization this means wearing a lot of different hats and getting your hands dirty
Ability to learn quickly and connect dots
Excellent communication skills

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
