Requirements:
Previous experience in irrigation system installation and maintenance
Solid knowledge of irrigation system components and their functions
Familiarity with various irrigation methods and technologies
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift 50 pounds and regularly twist body in motion of shoveling and raking
Ability to walk, stand climb stairs or ladders and access various areas of the property
Able to bend, stoop or kneel
Ability to work in adverse weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, and rain
Self-driven
Valid MN Driver’s License with clean driving record
Responsibilities
Conducting site assessments to determine irrigation system requirements
Installing and repairing irrigation systems, including pipes, sprinklers, valves, and controllers
Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with existing systems
Conducting regular maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance
Collaborating with clients and providing exceptional customer service
Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices
