As a janitorial staff member, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients. Your responsibilities will include a range of routine and specialized cleaning tasks across commercial, residential, and public facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, offices, and other areas
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors in hallways, entryways, and workspaces
Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners
Wipe down surfaces, dust furniture, and sanitize high-touch areas (e.g., door handles, light switches)
Refill paper products, soap dispensers, and other restroom supplies
Clean windows, mirrors, and glass partitions
Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to supervisors
Follow all safety guidelines and wear protective gear when necessary
Requirements:
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is a plus but not required (training is provided)
