Job Summary:
We repair/replace all aspects of building exteriors including decks, doors/windows, roofing and siding – just to name a few. We provide all types of construction services for management companies in multi-family communities so it is imperative that you project a professional appearance, are polite and friendly, while maintaining a safe working environment. This is a year-round position with, on average, 35 - 40 hour work weeks and occasional overtime.

Job Responsibilities:
Demonstrate construction skills that include leak discovery/repair and all forms of general exterior building maintenance.
Ability to plan ahead and problem solve.
Willingness to pass along your skills to other team members.
Understand the requirements of each project. Perform within time and material budgets.
The ability to identify & correct deficiencies.
Care and safe operation of all types of tools.
Adhering to all safety standards & requirements.
Assessing project scopes and making recommendations to management and/or sales team.
Maintain a clean & safe job site at all times.
Qualification Requirements:
Previous construction trades experience. Experience in roofing (flat & shingle, siding, framing, or carpentry is an asset.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Physical ability to work a productive 8-hour workday Ability to lift weight up to 100lbs.
Self-motivated team player.
Effective communicator, verbal and written.
Possess good organizational and time management skills.
Reliable and consistently punctual with an eye for detail.
Provide personal toolbelt and basic essential hand tools. Hammer, tape measure etc.
