I have openings for laborers for this winter to do snow removal at shopping malls in St Louis Park.
We use shovels, snow blowers, and back pack blowers. One mall we have a toro multi-force with a plow.
Some days are shovel days, some days are blower days. Take the good with the bad.
We work from start of storm till it’s finished and you have salted the walks.
I don’t get to choose when it snows, so we are on call all winter. Doesn’t matter what day of the week it is or what time of day.
When the snow comes, we go to work.
I offer 4 hour min pay to show up, if it takes a hour to get your job done, you get 4 hours pay.
I give large storm bonuses. You work hard for me you get rewarded.
I am looking for leads, teams, fill in guys for large storms.
