About the Role:
We’re hiring a motivated and reliable crew member to join our growing outdoor construction and landscape team. This is a hands-on position where you’ll help build everything from outdoor kitchens and bar areas to retaining walls, paver patios, pergolas, and pools. We offer the opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive team environment, with year-round work available including interior remodeling projects during the winter months.
What You’ll Do:
- Help build outdoor living features like kitchens, bars, patios, pergolas, and pools
- Complete landscape installs: grading, plantings, sod, mulch, edging
- Operate tools and machinery (skid steers, compactors, saws, etc.)
- Load/unload materials and maintain clean job sites
- Work closely with foremen and team leads to complete projects on time
- Represent the company professionally on-site
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn
- Positive attitude and team player
Nice to Have:
- Experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or construction
- Familiarity with pavers, block walls, or carpentry
- Equipment operation skills (skid steer, mini-ex, dump trailer, etc.)
- Interest or experience in home remodeling or finish carpentry
Schedule & Compensation:
- Monday–Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm (some Saturdays during peak season)
- $20–$25/hour starting pay (depending on experience)
- Overtime & performance bonuses
- Year-round work available with off-season remodeling projects
- Room for advancement
