Eden Prairie company is looking for applicants. Work is primarily in the SW metro. We build patios, walls, create beds and borders, lay mulch and edging, and plant trees and shrubs. Our weeks are typically 40 hours but we do go over that on busy weeks during the height of the summer. Everything over 40 is paid OT. Personal transportation is mandatory as all workers meet at the job site at 7AM. Work boots are mandatory as well. We do provide earned time off and bonus. These benefits increase when a worker hits certain points in their time with the company. We have been around for 20 years so our clients really enjoy the awesome work we create. Our employees really respect working here because of what we build, our family-orientated feeling we have amongst the crews, and most importantly the machines that we have, that are not only fun, but they really can save a lot of the heavy lifting.
