job title: Landscaping Foreman
We're seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Foreman to join a small team! The Landscape Foreman will oversee and manage all aspects of landscape installation and maintenance projects. This individual should have strong leadership
skills, the ability to effectively communicate with team members and customers, and a solid understanding of landscaping techniques. We typically work Monday through Thursday sometimes Fridays depending on the weather earlier in the week.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Landscape Foreman or similar role in the landscaping industry
Hardscaping experience such as pavers, retaining walls, irrigation systems etc
Possess a valid driver's license
Skid steer experience required
Ability to drive a truck and trailer with an understanding of DOT requirements and a Class A license
Ability to lift 50+lbs repeatedly
Ability to lead a crew of 2-4 people on a variety of projects
Puts a high emphasis on quality
