Heaven Scent Cleaning Service is a small residential and commercial cleaning company that has an opening for 20-30 hours a week cleaning homes. We provide a premium service to our customers and need someone who will provide that experience. Hours will be from 9:00am to 3:00pm but some flexibility will be required. We offer above class pay with no micromanaging of staff. Once you're trained you'll be able to work on your own with materials provided by the company.
Starting pay is $25/hour during 2 weeks training and $30/hour afterwards. You get paid an hourly rate while cleaning and then mileage reimbursement between jobs. Most days will be 5 hours of cleaning with an hour of driving although these can vary slightly. Ideal location for candidate would be near Coon Rapids, Blaine, or Champlin.
Job Duties and Requirements:
Speak clear English
Reliable and presentable transportation - Some days require driving up to 60 miles total
Work ethic - Cleaning is hard work with bending, reaching, stair climbing, etc. and jobs are done efficiently
Casual appearance - Wearing of our shirt with logo is required, jeans or comfortable clothing is fine
Service oriented - Offer great service when customers interact
Positive attitude - Speaks for itself
Storage for cleaning caddy - Small cleaning caddy can be stored in closet or somewhere temperature controlled
Lead residential cleaner will have extra duties which include more customer facing situations and training of future staff.
Background check and non-compete forms must be completed before hiring.
