Camrose Hill Flower Farm, and events venue located outside of Stillwater MN, is searching for someone to join our creative team as a grounds maintenance specialist, to help our team care for our beautiful wedding gardens and property. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, team player, hardworking, detail oriented, energetic, and have the ability to lift, shovel and dig heavy objects. Must be experienced in using lawn equipment, chainsaw work is a plus. Gardening knowledge would be a plus but not required. This position is 20-30 hours a week, possibly more. Somewhat flexible schedule. Saturday morning work would be preferred. It is a semi-seasonal job running from now, and possibly part time through the winter.
Starting date: May
Applicant must have valid Driver's License, with reliable transportation.
Duties include:
- lawn care: mowing, trimming, digging
- general cleanup and maintenance of grounds
- operate/maintain lawn mowers and small lawn equipment
- powerwashing
- waste management
- driveway maintenance
- some gardening tasks
- compost management
- brush removal
- occasional floral deliveries
- some wedding set up work including setting up chairs and tables.
- painting
Experience in these tasks are a plus but not required.

- basic carpentry skills
- general “handy-person” skills
