What You’ll Be Doing:
-Eviction, lock changes, winterizations, landscaping
-Trash outs, boarding, basic repairs, janitorial services
-Recurring maintenance services
What We’re Looking For:
-Experience, preferred but not required, with property Preservation/REO work
-Your own tools, truck/trailer, and crew (or solo and efficient)
-Comfortable taking photos on your phone and uploading.
-Detail-oriented photos to justify bid and work completion
