We’re seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our operations.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage and coordinate daily operations, including but not limited to: scheduling, crew assignments, and equipment usage.
-Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
-Oversee and support field teams, providing guidance and resolving challenges as needed.
-Conduct site visits to assess project needs and monitor progress.
-Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and procurement.
-Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
-Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
-Collaborate with the leadership team on strategic planning and business development.
Qualifications
-Proven experience in tree work or arboriculture, with at least [2 years] in a managerial or supervisory role.
-Strong knowledge of industry practices, equipment, and safety standards (e.g., ANSI Z133).
-Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
-Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Relevant certifications (ISA Certified Arborist, TCIA Accreditation, EHAP) are a plus.
