Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Radon Professional to join our team in the Radon industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction trades such as Carpentry, HVAC/Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing/Siding, Radon, etc. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with power and hand tools. As a Licensed Radon Professional, you will work on residential and commercial sites daily to bring awareness to the health hazards Radon poses as well as installing systems that safely remove the hazard from the structure. Responsibilities/Required Skills
- Utilize power tools & hand tools effectively and safely
- Obtain & maintain state and national licenses/certifications (w/company support)
- Conduct on-site assessments to determine the appropriate mitigation system required.
- Install radon mitigation systems in accordance with all state and local codes.
- Maintain inventory and organization of material and company vehicle
- Ability to safely carry and move items between 50-75lbs
- Ability to work on ladders safely
- Ability to work in confined spaces (crawlspaces, attics)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in radon mitigation preferred but not required
- Min. 1 year of construction experience in Carpentry, HVAC/Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing/Siding, Radon, etc.
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Possess OSHA 10/30 certification or has ability to obtain
