You must offer reliability, be dependable, and have great organizational skills and be able to own this new position with minimal supervision.
We need a dependable person who can lift 40 to 50lb when needed to stage, load and deliver products to our residential remodeling sites. This is physical, hard work. There you will unload and communicate any additional needs with the project manager or production team on site. You may need to run to Home Depot or Menards to pick up any needed items, so a good understanding of building supplies is a bonus.
Thinking ahead is crucial as you will need to plan and pick up orders made by our design team. We do a lot of material pickups for tile, drywall, and other materials.
This position would also include some job-site clean-up when jobs wrap up. We do about 150 residential remodeling projects annually within the Twin Cities area.
You will be responsible for organizing and tracking upcoming materials needed by close communication with the project managers and warehouse manager.
You must have a good driving record to use our delivery vehicles and keep maintenance on them up to date. This means scheduling maintenance and getting repairs needed.

NOTE This is an hourly, full-time position. Monday through Friday only. Start time can be flexible, but we would like deliveries to job-site by 8am if possible.
