YESCO Sign & Lighting is looking for a qualified candidate to fill a Sign Installation/Service position. This position is a full-time position. Qualified candidate must have the following traits: Self-motivated, a positive attitude, a professional appearance, ability to work independently, strong attention to detail, good problem solving skills, and a passion for the sign industry. We are a growing company and are looking for the right person that can grow with us. Job duties would include the following:
1.) Install LED Channel Letters
2.) Install Dimensional Letters.
3.) Install Cabinet Signs.
4.) Troubleshoot and Repair Electrical Signs.
5.) Install Pole Mounted Signs (Interior & Exterior).
6.) Excavate Soil for Mounting Sign Posts.
7.) Install Flat Interior and Exterior Signs (Aluminum & Plastic).
8.) Weed & Mask Vinyl Graphics.
9.) Install Cut Vinyl and Digital Graphics onto Customer Vehicles, Walls, Windows, etc.
10.) Production of Various Non-Lit Aluminum, Wood, and Plastic Signs.
11.) Night Patrol Signs (as needed)
Requirements:
1.) High School Diploma, General Education Degree (GED) or higher.
2.) Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
3.) Experience with hand tools such as drills, saws, hammer drills, etc.
4.) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
5.) Ability to work outside in all temperatures.
6.) Ability to work at heights of 30’ - 90’.
7.) Experience with tablets and smart phones.
8.) Ability to communicate effectively with fellow team members and management.
9.) Ability to read and interpret visual documentation for completing projects.
10.) Excellent customer service skills.
This is a full time position. Candidates that have an art or design background will be strongly considered as they can expand their jobs skills by learning the design and printing part of the business. Many of our sign installers have graphic design experience and are familiar with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. We will also accept entry level candidates with the right work ethic and attitude.
