We are hiring a dependable Bobcat operator for on-call snow removal work this winter. No experience required—we will train the right person.
This role is ideal for someone who likes night work, doesn’t mind long shifts during storms, and wants high-earning potential based on reliability and performance.
Schedule
On-call during snow events
Shifts typically 4–12 hours
Most work happens at night or early morning
Must be able to reliably show up during active snowfall
Pay Structure
Base pay depends on experience, with a built-in path to higher earnings.
Base Hourly Rate
$30/hr — Entry level (training provided)
$35–$40/hr — Solid operators with proven reliability
Up to $50/hr — Top-tier operators with consistent on-time arrival, high productivity, and no-shows near zero
