Apartment Painting General Maintenance
Established rental property company in Western Wl is seeking an additional member to assist with unit turns and general indoor/outdoor property maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Experience with full unit and touch-up painting.
- Knowledgeable about building systems and how they operate
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record and background
Responsibilities:
- Unit turns; ensure units are painted/touched up prior to new rental.
- Maintain a clean and professional work area while on-site
- Assist maintenance tech with rental property transitions as needed
- Assist lawn care team with outdoor property maintenance as needed.
