Job Description
-Oversee day to day operations of equipment
-Maintain Accurate Inventory of tools, equipment, and vehicles
-Work independently or with direction from General Manager
-Maintaining a clean and organized space
Essential duties
-Oversee purchasing and inventory logs, equipment maintenance and upkeep
-Manage effective communication with coworkers and customers
-Maintain an overview of safety in accordance with safety policies and procedures
-Oversee and identify issues with Heavy equipment, Trucks, and Small Tools
-Manage multiple tasks effectively and in a timely manner
-Do minor repairs and troubleshooting on tools and equipment
Qualifications
- Ability to speak in English and Spanish
-Must have a Driver License and ability to work with Skid loaders and forklifts
-Able to perform welding and fabrication when necessary
-1 to 2 years in equipment maintenance
-At least 1 years of construction experience
-Microsoft suite experience and code invoices and inventory
-Knowledge in Safety, Heavy Equipment, Truck & Pickups, Electrical, and small tools
-Painting and sandblasting
-Ability to work weekend when needed
-Ability to work outside year-round and with load noises
-Able to lift 70 Pounds
-Ability to get certifications and OSHA 30 if necessary
Job type: Full time 40-50 hours
Location: Shakopee
Must be able to pass a background check and DOT screening.
