Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Bloomington, MN

Job Type: Full-Time, 36-40 hours/week, M-Fri 7am – 4pm, $22-$25 per hour, non-remote position

Start Date: July 2025

Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Rebecca Windsor and Associates is a growing, fast-paced, design-driven procurement and installation firm specializing in furniture, furnishings, custom drapery and shades, upholstery, and decorative accessories. We collaborate closely with owners, interior designers, architects, and developers to deliver beautifully curated spaces with precision and care.

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate who is a highly organized, physically capable initiative-taker to support our warehouse operations and support local and national installation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Support

o Conduct daily warehouse activities: receiving, inspection, labeling, inventory, staging, packing, and shipping

o Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of delicate items

o Load/unload trucks and assist with physical handling of high-end furnishings

o Build pallets and prepare items for shipment or delivery

o Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment

o Assist in quality control and damage reporting processes; repair damaged products where needed

Inventory Management

o Assist in maintaining accurate and organized inventory tracking systems

o Use project management software (Monday.com or other) to track item status

Installation & Delivery Support

o Drive company box truck (26’) to and from local delivery/installation sites

o Assist with in-town installations, including lifting, staging, and assembly

o Support upholstery tasks as needed (e.g., cutting, stapling, operating power tools)

Team Collaboration

o Communicate clearly and positively with coworkers, consultants, vendors, receivers, and clients

o Problem-solve with the team to manage day-to-day challenges and keep projects on schedule

o Run errands for project-related needs with a sense of urgency and professionalism

Qualifications:

Ability to lift and move furniture and materials as needed (100 lbs.) The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; Able to drive a 26’ box truck

Organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Able to take direction well.

Preferred Experience (not required):

Warehouse or operations experience; familiarity with warehouse equipment and basic power tools

Familiarity with white-glove delivery services

Familiarity with warehouse management systems, or inventory software
