Large Format Printing business seeking a full-time employee. The business is located in the southwest metro (just off I-494) and has been in business since 2008. We have a very stable client base and are looking for someone to help us with our aggressive growth plan.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
Apply adhesive vinyl to vehicles - full, partial wraps and spot graphics;
Install signage/graphics on interior and exterior walls, windows and other surfaces;
Utilize applicable tools for sign/vehicle installs - must be good working with your hands;
Remove existing signs/graphics;
Maintain a company-wide master install schedule;
Set install times with internal contacts and sometimes directly with clients;
Must be able to achieve all project deadlines;
Work with internal team to provide estimates of labor time and to set realistic installation deadlines;
Must be able to think independently on a job site and provide solutions to internal staff for issues that will arise with installations;
Adhere to standard safety practices;
Ability to operate powered and non-powered tools and equipment according to specified safety requirements;
Do project site visits when needed, gather and communicate necessary information for accurate quoting and production of product;
Ability to jungle multiple projects at once;
Follow all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes;
Present and maintain a good driving record; and
Safely operate all vehicles and promptly report any incidents/infractions.
Secondary Job Responsibilities - When there are no installation jobs:
Assist with general production and finishing of signs and graphics;

+1.5 years sign and or graphics installation experience is a must.
3M certified installer is a plus. BUT NOT REQUIRED
A valid driver's license is required and a clean driving record is a MUST.
Must be able to lift 75-100 lbs.
Hourly wage, 401K and vacation. Background checks will be run on final applicants.
