Post-Trial Work:

Post-Trial Submissions:

Assisting with the preparation of proposed Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Orders for Judgment.

Conducting legal research as needed for post-trial motions and submissions.

Qualifications:

Experience working as a paralegal, preferably with trial preparation, in-court support, and post-trial filings.

Familiarity with Minnesota court procedures, particularly MNDES and local rules.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work efficiently and handle tasks under tight deadlines.

Previous experience supporting pro se litigants is a plus.

Location and Commitment:

The trial will take place in Ramsey County, Minnesota, but remote support for tasks like exhibit preparation, document drafting, and post-trial submissions is possible for many aspects.

In-person availability during trial dates (December 16–21, 2024) would be ideal but is not mandatory.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate based on experience.

How to Apply:

Please email us at [your email address] with the following:

Your resume or a summary of your experience.

A brief description of your familiarity with Minnesota court procedures.

Thank you for your interest—we look forward to working with a skilled paralegal to help us navigate the trial process effectively and honor our post-trial responsibilities.
