Responsible for researching conditions in local, regional, or national markets and recruiting for the company’s logistics operation. Specific job duties include: 1) gathering information to determine potential opportunities of transportation and logistics services; 2) gathering information on competitors, prices, and methods of marketing and distribution; 3) collecting and analyzing data on customer preferences and needs to identify potential markets and factors affecting service demand; 4) evaluating methods and procedures for collecting data; 5) developing and implementing procedures for identifying marketing and advertising needs; 6) measuring and assessing customer and employee satisfaction; 7) measuring the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communication programs and strategies; 8) searching and identifying qualified job candidates; 9) reviewing and evaluating applicant qualifications; and 9) performing related marketing/recruiting duties.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (established through formal credential evaluation based on combined education and experience) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
