Marketing Coordinator
A small company with big company benefits. We are an industrial business-to-business supply company specializing in large equipment sales and repairs. We are looking to craft a new role within our organization centered around marketing support.
The ideal candidate is a neat and organized helper, proficient with computers, is eager to learn, takes initiative, and takes pride in her performance. She/He is a creative, positive, and energetic person, ready to learn about the sales of industrial equipment within various markets. She/He will have the skillsets to produce digital and written marketing products to-brand.
Digital Marketing:
With guidance and utilizing various resources, making updates to the company website including writing clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice, artistically implementing format changes and updating digital art. Organization, SEO, and branding will be incorporated.
Managing company social media accounts including making social media posts across multiple platforms
Organizing digital literature for use by inside and outside sales departments
Written Marketing:
With guidance and utilizing various resources, creating and updating digital artwork for print-production including product linecards, informational customer fliers, industry specific linecards, and business cards.
Organizing manufacturer sales literature for use by the outside sales department
Tradeshow Marketing:
Working in tandem with manufacturer marketing staff to utilize available brand-resources for use in distribution sales efforts, including backdrops, banners, giveaway products.
Coordinating tradeshow resources for industry shows. Assisting in pre- and post-event communications.
Advise on the booth-space services needed for tradshows (booth space, locations, carpeting, electricity, carpeting etc)
Sales Support:
Conducting high-quality research to understand the needs of the business and target customers through online searches, review of industry and product information, and meetings with equipment manufacturers, team-members, and customers.
Collaborating across departments to conceptualize, plan, and execute marketing efforts in the areas of repairs, new product sales, including upselling efforts.
Managing and maintaining CRM for indexing relevant customers and personnel with marketing materials relevant to their industries.
Additional Tasks as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
Familiar with producing and modifying digital artwork using specialty software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Wordpress, etc)
Strong attention to detail with strong organization and project management skills
Ability to brainstorm constructively and execute with flexibility
Strong verbal and written communication skills
2-4 Degree Preferred; This position would be a great entry level position into marketing and business for the right person.
Full Time Position (but flexible for the right candidate)
Non-Remote Position (but flexible for partial for the right candidate)
$19 - $24 /hour starting with opportunity for advancement
