About the Role:
Kitchen Refresh is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Yard Sign Installer to help with our local marketing campaign in Bloomington, MN. This position involves placing branded yard signs in approved residential and commercial areas to promote our kitchen remodeling services.
You’ll be responsible for strategically installing, maintaining, and documenting yard sign placements while ensuring compliance with local ordinances and company guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Install and remove marketing yard signs at designated locations in Bloomington and nearby areas.
Record placement locations (using Google Maps or a tracking app).
Ensure signs are clearly visible and safely positioned.
Perform weekly checks to maintain or replace signs as needed.
Report progress and updates with photo documentation.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Able to lift and carry yard signs and stakes (up to 20 lbs).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Basic smartphone skills (taking photos, using Google Maps).
