Job Opening: LEAD Hand railing fabricator. Experienced welder.
Location: 465 Kenny Road, Saint Paul MN
Begin: Immediately.
Pay: TBD; considering skill set.
Title: Lead Fabricator

teach tricks of the trade to a hard working young woman or man.
We still employ many of the fine fabricators that trained me when I began working here in the mid-90's.
This is a great opportunity to learn a high level trade while getting paid.
Job Duties: LEAD Hand railing fabricator. Experienced welder.
This position is comprised of fabricating hand and guard railing.
Steel Hand railing:
● Fabricate Guard railing from raw materials to finished product.
Fabricate various other Metal fabrications including, stairs, small weldments, and light structural.
● Ability to Layout rails.
● Ability to make Jigs/fixtures for higher quantity railing jobs if needed.
● Various pre-fabrication operations:
Vertical band saw, chop saw, shear, press brake, drilling, punching holes, etc.
● Use of electric grinders.
Alum:
● TIG weld Alum hand railing and various weldments.
Stainless Steel:
● TIG weld Stainless hand railing and various weldments.
Material Handling:
● Transport, manipulation, and use of a sit-down liquid propane powered 6000# forklift.
● Overhead crane experience.
Work Hours: First Shift; full time hire.
Monday-Thursday 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM.
Friday 6:30 AM -11:30 AM
Skills: MIG Welding abilities required.
TIG Welding abilities preferred.
Various Pre-fabrication operations.
Forklift operation.
Overhead crane operation.
Education: Not required, High school diploma preferred.
Traits: Organized.
Strong work ethic.
Willingness to learn.
Works well with others in a small company atmosphere.
Strong communication skills.
Seeking a long term Hire.
Compensation: Minimum 3% Safe Harbor 401K Plan, with employer discretionary Profit Sharing contribution
75% Employer paid health care coverage.
