Position Overview
This role is primarily focused on manufacturing cosmetic products, with an exciting additional component of laboratory product development. While the majority of your time will be dedicated to precise manufacturing processes, you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to innovative product creation.
Manufacturing Focus
Primary responsibilities involve hands-on production of cosmetic products
Ensuring consistent quality and precision in manufacturing processes
Operating specialized equipment
Following strict production protocols
Managing inventory and production materials
Laboratory Product Development Component
Assist in developing new skin and hair care formulations
Participate in testing and refining product prototypes
Collaborate with lead researchers on innovative cosmetic solutions
Support experimental product development stages
This is a part-time position requiring 2-3 days per week, primarily on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, with hours between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform manufacturing tasks, including handling equipment and materials.
Assist in laboratory processes for product development.
Follow detailed instructions and ensure quality control.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and move comfortably around equipment.
Strong communication skills and computer literacy.
Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
Willingness to learn; training will be provided.
Compensation:
Starting pay of approximately $20 per hour.
