Schwieters Companies is hiring a full-time Millwork Door Picker & Forklift Operator.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Pick door orders from a pick ticket
Wrap, bundle, and/or load material properly to be shipped or delivered
Manage orders to be completed in full and on time
Use a scan gun to check inventory and properly adjust material locations
Inspect all material for quality
Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift
Have constant communication with upper management on progress with work orders
Work together with a team of individuals to reach the common goal of 100% on-time delivery to the customer
Pick material by hand and using a stand/sit forklift
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Comfortable operating a forklift
Able to lift 50-80 lbs. comfortably
Candidate must have a good work history
Self-motivated, self-directed team player and team builder
Able to understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions, have good communication skills (verbal and written), and be detail oriented
Capable of standing for extended periods of time
Flexible in working overtime when necessary
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen (this is a safety-sensitive position)

Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm, overtime as needed (1st shift)
