Schwieters Companies is seeking to hire a full-time, Prefinish Machine Material Loader to join our team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare all material before loading onto longline
Load/unload material properly onto/off the longline
Accountable for the product and assembly you are working on
Pick material using a stand/sit forklift
Manage orders to be completed in full and on time
Use a scanner gun to check inventory and properly adjust material locations
Inspect all material for quality
Stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift
Work with a team of individuals to ensure product is picked on time and to quality specifications
Work together with all other areas in the warehouse to ensure maximum efficiency is achieved
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous material handler or warehouse experience
Comfortable learning to operate a forklift
Candidate must have a good work history
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Self-motivated, self-directed team player and team builder
Ability to understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions, have good communication skills (verbal and written), and be detail oriented
Able to stand for extended periods of time
Flexible in working overtime when necessary
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen (this is a safety-sensitive position)

1st Shift
Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm, overtime as needed
PAY
$20/hr. (1st shift)
