FedTech Inc., a leading manufacturing job shop, is currently seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently performing forming jobs by interpreting part drawings or job instructions, forming the parts, and conducting inspections. This role requires independent setup execution, a thorough understanding of machine controls, and the ability to perform basic programming. Experience with forklift operation and knowledge of manufacturing materials are advantageous. Candidates must be able to lift over 50 lbs and pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Hourly Rate - $22.00 to $25.00 BOE

1st shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
2nd shift: Monday - Thursday, 2:25 pm - 1:00 am
Responsibilities
Candidates must be able to perform setups on Press Brakes
Read and understand blue prints.
Measure parts
Attention to detail
Keep work area clean and organized
Have the ability to multitask and help other team members
Support the company's strategic plan by adhering to quality management.
Qualifications
Makes parts that conform to the drawing specifications.
Meets or exceeds job time standards as much as possible.
Independently performs all set-ups and executes them efficiently.
Troubleshoots problems with the machine control and part programs .
Performs basic programming using the machine software .
Performs secondary operations such as drilling, tapping and deburring.
Completely and accurately fills out job paperwork and inspection reports .
Keeps the work area clean and organized.
Maintain a positive image for the company
Perform miscellaneous shop duties as required
Perform other duties as required
