Fulfillment Associate
Location: Saint Paul, MN 55114 (Relocation required before starting work)
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: $18.00/hour
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM, no weekends)

Duties & Responsibilities:
Here’s a glimpse of what your day-to-day might look like:
Collaborate with a rotating team to produce our high-quality products, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Strictly follow all safety protocols, wearing the necessary safety equipment for each area or machine. Report any injuries or illnesses to a supervisor, manager, or co-founder immediately—safety is our top priority.
Maintain accurate records for lot tracing to ensure traceability and product quality.
Meet daily production goals efficiently and consistently.
Keep your work area clean and sanitized.
Operate pallet jacks and pallet wrappers—bonus points if you already know how!
Get along with your teammates—we’re all about a positive, collaborative work environment!
Be able to stand for 8 hours, though many positions allow for sitting—we’re flexible.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., though this won’t be a constant part of your day.
