Key Responsibilities:
Assist with vital office administrative tasks.
Perform customer follow-up and simple data entry into our computer system.
Engage with clients via phone and video conferencing.
Help set up and break down in-person educational events.

Strong communication skills and understanding of the local community.
Enjoys working with people.
Takes initiative on challenging projects.
Passionate about helping and teaching others.
Comfortable telephone presence and demonstrates patience.
Proficient with computer and software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom).
Interested in government programs to manage our client needs.
Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
Additional Details:
Flexible 20-hour per week schedule, with periodic evening work required.
