Position overview:
This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and will work closely with other departments. The main responsibility of this position is to receive and apply customer payments timely and accurately ensuring customer account balances are current at all times.
This position is responsible for performing a wide range of admin duties including, but not limited to:
Sending invoices to customers
Contacting customers for payment information
Applying customer payments
Filing sales and purchase orders with supporting documentation
Answering phones and forwarding to proper department
Maintaining safe and clean work environment
Skills:
High school diploma/GED preferred
Detail oriented
Basic computer skills
Good communication, organizational, and time management skills
Dependability in attendance and punctuality
Work efficiently and effectively multi-task
