This job requires someone who is a strong communicator, detail driven, organized and tech savvy. We are looking for the right culture fit, not necessarily the most experienced. Pay is going to be dependent on experience but this is a career that you can rise quickly.

Job Summary:

The Loan Officer Assistant position performs a wide variety of administrative duties to relieve the Branch of routine administrative and technical details. Essential Job Functions:

Serves as an administrative assistant to the branch

Anticipates business and department need and proactively resolves them

Responds to both inbound and outbound correspondences via email and telephone

Provides office services support including inputting data; creating documents; gathering information; preparing reports; maintaining files; ordering and maintaining supplies.

Manages a calendar of activities and events, schedules appointments, conferences, meetings, and makes travel accommodations and arrangements

Attends various meetings and takes notes; prepares meeting minutes for editing and distributes minute summaries

Prepares memoranda, letters, reports, news releases, bulletins, statistical charts, agendas, and other correspondence

Provides data entry

Manages and participates in various project work Non-Essential Job Functions:

Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals

Adopts company values in personal work behaviors, decision making, contributions and interpersonal interactions

Solid knowledge and understanding of customer service and best practices

Solid knowledge and understanding of current business acumen

Required Education and Experience:

High School diploma or equivalency degree

1 year of administrative experience
