Custom Remodelers, Inc. is looking for a Receptionist to work at our Lino Lakes office.
Custom Remodelers, Inc. is a Twin Cites based multi-million dollar home improvement company ranked in the top 100 in the nation. This is a part-time or full-time position, Monday - Friday.
The qualified candidate will have previous office experience, a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.), a positive attitude and a desire to work.
Major Areas of Accountability:
Perform all office functions; answer and direct phone calls.
Greet the customers and public in a polite and helpful manner.
Assist with job completions, warranty statements, data entry, general clerical.
Knowledge and Skill Required:
Ability to provide assistance to customers, staff, general public in a professional, cooperative manner.
Knowledge of word processing and other software programs used by the company (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)
Ability to be on time and work scheduled shift
Ability to operate office equipment (computer, copier, fax machine)
Ability to engage in a cooperative work style that encourages team work and respect
Ability to negotiate and find creative solutions to problems
Ability to follow instructions
Education and Experience Needed:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous office experience preferred.
