HDMG, an audio/video production and post-production company in NE Minneapolis seeks a motivated and energetic individual to be our first contact, receptionist and hospitality lead.
This is not just a sit-down job.
Individuals applying should have the desire to be part of a creative company, working with staff, clients and other tenants.
Responsibilities include:
Open the facility in the morning
Greet and welcome visitors, determine nature of business and direct to appropriate personnel
Answer phones and transfer calls to the appropriate destination
Traffic couriers and shipments
Order and stock supplies
Manage incoming email and help with social media
Schedule facilities and personnel
Stock and maintain cafeteria
Help maintain reception area and facility
Order from catering vendors and set up lunch in facility cafeteria
Assist producers and creatives on projects
Requirements:
Must be hospitality minded with exceptional social skills
Highly organized, attentive, and has a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
Great attitude, loyal and strong work ethic
Outgoing personality and professional demeanor
Self-motivated team player
Multi-line phone experience
Intermediate computer skills
Detail oriented with good organizational skills
Ability to multi-task
Able to help make work FUN yet professional!
Hours are 8:30am - 5pm M-F
