The Scan Operator position scans documents in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work in a team environment but show initiative. Operate high volume imaging/copying equipment.
Prepare and reassemble scanned documents.
Prepare, copy, inspect, compile, assemble and bind documents according to customer specifications and company standards of quality.
Read, interpret and follow job instructions for every project that is assigned
Maintain timely, accurate performance reports and production logs
Follow proper assembly of sections being copied and maintain document order on all projects.
Complete assignments on time at optimum quality
Review work product for quality and compliance with customer specifications.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education Requirements:
HS diploma or equivalent required
Experience with litigation support and image scanning/coping is preferred.

Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
