Core Responsibilities
Office Management:
Overseeing the general appearance and organization of the church office, managing supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
Communication & Correspondence:
Serving as a point of contact, answering phones, managing incoming mail, preparing correspondence
Sunday Service Support:
Preparing Sunday bulletins and PowerPoint slides; scheduling YouTube livestream
Calendar & Event Coordination:
Maintaining the church calendar and coordinating resources for church activities.
Database & Records Management:
Maintaining accurate membership records, managing the church database, and handling filing.
Staff Support:
Providing administrative assistance to the Senior Minister, the Board of Trustees, and other committees.
Financial Administrative Support:
Recording donations and offerings in church management software; making weekly bank deposit; sending weekly systems generated reports to remote bookkeeping firm; forwarding information to Bookkeeping as required
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
