Virtual Assistant (Bilingual: Mandarin & English)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with strong skills in data entry, email communication, and basic graphic design for presentations or social media content creation. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (fluent in both Mandarin and English) and have experience in managing administrative tasks in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records.
Handle email communication with clients and partners in both Mandarin and English.
Create basic graphics for presentations or social media platforms (experience with Canva, PowerPoint, or similar tools preferred).
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
Strong data entry and email management skills.
Basic graphic design experience for creating presentations and social media content.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and reliable.
Experience with remote work tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).
