We are seeking new inspectors for south of the metro.
No licensing or experience required. Need the following requirements:
-Detail oriented
-Own a reliable vehicle
-Clean background check
-Prior 1099 Experience
Job is very simple, but if you're sloppy and careless this is not for you. Average inspection takes less than 5 minutes. We are in the mortgage servicing industry. Banks send out inspections for various reasons. Despite the reason our job is virtually the same for each inspection. We knock on the door, determine if the property is occupied or vacant, look for any major damages, fill out a short form, take supporting photos and leave. The forms and pictures are all done in an app. It's very simple.
You must be comfortable with knocking on doors and talking to strangers.
Pay is per inspection. Work is part time but good inspectors are always rewarded with more work. $1,500-$3,000 / month
This is a 1099, independent contractor, position. Must be over 18. Must pass a background check.
