Richmond Oakes is a local inspection company that provides inspection services for banks and insurance carriers. We are looking for new inspectors south of the metro.
Requirements:
-Very detail oriented!
-Own a reliable vehicle
-Clean background check
Job is very simple, but if you're sloppy and careless this is not for you. Average inspection takes less than 5 minutes. Banks send out inspections for various reasons. Despite the reason our job is virtually the same for each inspection. We knock on the door, determine if the property is occupied or vacant, fill out a short form, and take supporting photos. The forms and pictures are all done within an app. No take home work everything is done in the field.
You must be comfortable with knocking on doors and talking to strangers.
Pay is per inspection, $2k-$3k/month depending on your availability and skill level. Work is part time either 2-4 days a week or 2-6 hours a day.
This is a 1099, independent contractor, position. Must be over 18. Must pass a background check.
