I’m looking for a reliable, independent snow-removal person to handle my rental properties this winter.

Total properties: 9
6 in South Minneapolis
2 in Northeast Minneapolis
1 in Brooklyn Park (larger lot—truck required)
Snow removal is only needed when snowfall exceeds 2 inches.
Last winter I did it myself—it typically takes about 3–4 hours total for the Minneapolis properties.
Pay (per time):
South + Northeast Minneapolis (8 total properties): $300–$400 total per visit( I used a small blower and shovel typically 3-4 hours total time)
Brooklyn Park (large lot): $60–$80 per visit (I can also separate this and have one guy do this with a truck)
Requirements:
Must have your own equipment (truck, plow, or snowblower)
Must be dependable and able to respond promptly after significant snowfalls
Experience with residential or small multifamily properties preferred
