HVAC Distribution Warehouse Position
Full time position, Monday – Friday 8:00-4:30
Receive freight from inbound trucks
Restock freight in the warehouse
Fill orders for will-call, deliveries by Allied vehicles, and shipment via courier (UPS, FedEx, SpeeDee)
Load and unload Allied vehicles for next day deliveries
Experience with 2-wheelers, pallet jack and fork lift a plus
When needed, deliver products to contractor location or job site OR supplier order pickup using Allied vehicles

Ability to lift 75 pounds
Copy of valid driver’s license
Copy of driver record from Dept of Public Safety. Clean and safe driving record – No DUI/DWI in past 5 years.
DOT Health Card
Ability to pass a company vehicle driving test.
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum age: 21 years
Expectations
90 Day probation period – Employee or Employer can decide to separate at any time, no questions asked.
Be on time at specified start times – typical 7:00am to 3:30pm or 8:00am to 4:30pm. Hours may vary.
Flexibility with your daily responsibilities.
Ability to follow company protocol, such as putting shipping tape, box cutters, tape measures, and Sharpie and Highlight markers back to where they belong.
You must take a 30-minute lunch break daily.
Maintain vehicles, mechanical and appearance – gas tanks full and vehicles clean, inside and out.
Report any mechanical issues (window cracks/chips, etc.)
Uniform provided: hats, gloves, t-shirts, jackets
Appropriate shoes and pants. No sandals, crocs, etc. Shorts are approved during summer.
Driver safety is of the most importance. Obeying the laws, including speed, is expected.
Any violations are your responsibility and go on your record
A company phone is provided for use in communicating with the office and for obtaining directions. Safe and legal use of the phone is expected.
If a situation arises with a contractor, be professional. Contact the office. We will handle and instruct what to do.
Smoking is NOT permitted in any area of Allied Supply, including in Allied vehicles.
No headphones/earbuds are permitted while working in the warehouse.

Paid Time Off: Paid time off is based on your employment anniversary that occurs following December 31st of each year. After one year complete, you earn 40 hours (1 week). Paid time off can be taken once earned.
