We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in a factory setting. As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and the production process, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing goals.
Duties
Operate machine and monitor to ensure quality production.
Handle materials efficiently, including loading and unloading
Set up and operate machines for various production tasks.
Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections
Collaborate with team members to package finished products for shipment.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to ensure workplace safety.
Document production data accurately for reporting purposes.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Proficiency in operating machines is an asset.
Excellent materials handling skills, including the safe operation of machines
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Able to lift up to 50lbs if needed
