Office Inventory Assistant needed! (White Bear Lake)
Media Professionals is a small, family operated business located in White Bear Lake. We focus on refurbishing physical media (CDs, video games, vinyl, books) and selling them online through online storefronts; Amazon, Walmart.com, eBay.
We are looking to expand our operations and bring in a new member to the team! I'm looking for a team-member to assist me with daily operations. The perfect candidate will be able to multi-task and be able to perform multiple tasks throughout the day and week.
The Inventory Assistant position will include some of the following functions:
Updating inventory at workstation
Labeling products for shipping
Packing boxes
Sorting incoming inventory
Quality control
Other miscellaneous duties will be required as needed.
About 50% of the day will be sitting at your workstation, with the other 50% performing other duties around the office and warehouse.
We are looking for a Full time employee who can work 35-40 hours a week (M-F), with no mandatory overtime and no weekends. No dealing with customers, no sales calls, and no rigid schedule!
We offer a flexible schedule once training period ends. Most days we are open 8am-8pm.
Requirements:
Reliable
Team player
Ability to multi-task and communicate
Occasionally lift 25lbs
Can use Windows based workstations
Experience with mouse and keyboard
Can navigate online with search bars and perform basic research
While not required, any database experience is a plus!

Starting pay is $16-$17/hour, with full performance review after 90 days.
