Do you have retail management skills? Are you tech savvy? Steam Factory is opening its first retail location near the U of M Twin Cities campus. Steam Factory is a full service, membership based 3D printing and manufacturing space. We are NOT a maker space! You will be responsible for managing orders, managing 3D printing workflows, managing 2-3 technicians and maintaining the Steam Factory brand.
We are in startup mode and looking for adventurous, energetic staff who want to try something new. You MUST know your way around a computer and be comfortable with Windows and MS Office. Knowledge of QBO a plus. You will be working with Formlabs 3D printers as well as other technology. You will also interact with 3D models, possibly using CAD software (no CAD knowledge necessary). We will train.
