In need of a reliable experienced technician to take on service calls and installs immediately. Qualified technician should be familiar with cat5 and cat6 cabling procedures and codes. And have most or all of necessary tools. Like, punch tool, crimper, snips, screw driver, glow sticks, tester, toner, laptop, ect. Reliable transportation, preferably truck/suv in order to carry a small ladder. We have work available immediately! Most of the work involves running a cable or 2 and installing IP based cameras. Working with engineers over the phone to program and aim the cameras. Some travel required. Service calls can be located throughout the state, but most are within surrounding suburbs.
Sorry, we do not offer benefits. Hourly pay $27-$30 per hour. And fuel will be reimbursed @ $0.35 a mile.
To start, we will probably pay you 1099, but after a few weeks, if it's a good fit, we will move you over to payroll.
