We are seeking a dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team at East Central Auto Sales!
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent customer service skills, and a strong interest in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
Greeting customers who arrive at the dealership
Taking sales phone calls
Following up on sales leads online
Answering customer questions about our vehicles, trailers and the sale process
Showcase vehicle features and conduct test drives
Collecting licenses and documentation before each test-drive
· Provide information on pricing, options, financing, and warranties
· Manage inventory and ensure vehicles are well-presented
· Negotiate pricing to close sales deals
Completing all pre and post sales paperwork
Assist in the purchasing of inventory.
Listing inventory online.
Social media posts.
Educate and sell company products and services to new and existing customers clients
Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline
Close and follow up on sales transactions
Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
Network and build relationships with new and existing client base
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent customer service abilities
Strong Time management skills
Proficiency in math for pricing and financing calculations
Knowledge of inventory control and management
Deadline and detail-oriented
Valid Driver's License license
Ability to build rapport with clients
