We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our flooring company as an Installation Coordinator and Field Representative. This multifaceted role combines project management, customer service, and sales responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination
- Obtain customer sign-offs at the start and completion of every installation job
- Coordinate schedules with installers and customers
- Ensure timely completion of projects and maintain high customer satisfaction
Field Operations
- Conduct neighborhood canvassing to generate leads and promote our services
- Perform material runs and order pickups as needed
- Assist with light installation tasks when required
Sales and Customer Service
- Learn and perform flooring measurements for potential projects
- Provide customers with estimates and product information
- Engage in light sales activities to boost company revenue
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for calculating measurements and estimates
- Proficiency in using mobile devices and basic computer software
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in flooring, construction, or related field
- Sales or customer service background
- Knowledge of various flooring types and installation methods
