Tapline Media is a growing digital solutions provider for the hospitality industry. We help independent bars and restaurants modernize their online presence with professional websites, updated menus, Google Business optimization, and ongoing support.
We are seeking motivated, experienced sales professionals to join us as Independent Sales Representatives. This is a commission-only, 1099 contractor role with uncapped earning potential and recurring monthly income. All you need to do is sell we handle everything else after the sale is made.
The Opportunity
Tapline Media offers three clear service plans for bars and restaurants. These plans all have a setup fee and a minimum of a 1-year contract:
On Tap – $750 setup, $99/month
Full Pour – $1,000 setup, $249/month
Top Shelf – $2,000 setup, $499/month
Your Starting Commission:
30% of every setup fee
15% of every monthly subscription (recurring revenue each month)
Commissions are paid immediately upon sale and will increase as new goals are met with our compensation package that you will be shown. Residuals stack. Every new client you bring in keeps paying you month after month.
If we bring you on as a rep, you will be assigned a territory with READY-TO-GO LEADS for free.

What We’re Looking For:
Sales professionals with experience in B2B, hospitality, or local business solutions.
Strong communicators comfortable with cold outreach and relationship building.
Highly motivated, independent operators who want to control their schedule and income.
Prior experience selling POS systems, advertising, or digital services to bars/restaurants is a plus.
Anyone that's willing to pick up the phone and talk to a bar owner
Our mission is to help you create your dream life. As a sales rep of Tapline Media, you will be paid based on how much work you put in. There are no set hours and this is 100% remote. All we ask is that you communicate and conduct yourself as a professional. Once hired, we will start with some training and get you set up with our platforms and tools. You’ll develop your own accounts and markets, with the ability to expand into regions you build.
