The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for opening new business accounts and managing both new and existing customer accounts on a monthly basis.
Duties, requirements and expectations for this position are;
Must be able to speak and articulate English clearly
Minimum 1+ year prior telephone experience in a sales, customer service or collections role
Basic computing skills required in office programs
Excellent attention to detail
Superior customer service skills
Ability to self manage time and meet objectives with limited supervision
Ability to follow instructions and sales methods
Ability to be assertive, respond quickly and close sales over the telephone
Ability to manage a large number of customer accounts
Be self driven and money motivated (This position has high commission earnings potential)
